Dear Patriots,

Less than twenty four hours after a Federal Judge in Florida declared the Obamacare act to be unconstitutional, there is a move afoot in the Senate to repeal the measure.

Both Senators Mitch McConnell and Jim DeMint are offering amendments to the FAA Authorization bill that will repeal Obamacare. The new Senate rules allow such amendments.

Senator McConnell has announced his bill has 47 co-sponsors. Every Republican in the Senate is behind this.

Harry Reid is expected to try and table the amendments. He is expected to make his move quickly, which is why we must act quickly.

Call your LOCAL offices for your United States Senator. Tell them to oppose any effort to table these bills and support the amendments that are offered to repeal Obamacare.

The obvious question is, can this work. The answer is yes.

Democratic Senators who are up for reelection in 2012 are already looking at a bleak landscape. Obamacare remains very unpopular. If only four of them cross over, that is enough to pass this bill.

Remember call your local Senator’s office, not Washington. The phones in Washington overload easily and, in many instances, when people are calling a lot, the staff will simply let the phones roll over to voice mail and that quickly fills up. You will not see this at your local Senator’s office.

Those offices are in constant contact with Washington and if they are suddenly deluged with calls on a subject, the Senator’s office in Washington does hear about it quickly.

Pass the word to all of your conservative friends and members of your local Tea Party Groups. Start making those calls!
